Chinese Taipei Electronic Components Certification Board

It is my honor to write a testimonial statement for Mr. Stanley Salot, who has-helped Taiwan industries building up a non-Hazardous substance product and material supplier chain since 2005.

Since the RoHS Directive issued in 2003, Taiwan industries were very anxios to meet the requirement in order to sell the products to the world. Mr. Stanley Salot, as a chairman of the ECCB(the Electronic Component Certification Board, USA) cooperated with EIA(the Electronic Component Sector of the Electronic Industries Alliance), developed “Electrical and Electronic Components and Products Hazardouz Substance Free and Requirements” which was called EIA/ECCB-954.

The EIA/ECCB-954 was issued and called QC 08000 by IECQ Organiztion in 2005 whichis the requirement of IECQ HSPM(Hazardous Substance Process Management) System, and also is the most world-recognized hazardous sustance process management system.

Mr. Stanley Salot Conducted the first EIA/ECCB-954 Lead Assesor Training Course in April of 2005 in Taiwan. The Firsct IECQ HSPM QC 080000 Lead Assesor Training Course in August of 2005 in Taiwan with Teema(Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers Association) and CTECCB(Chinese Taipei Electronic Components Certification Board). After the training course, the manufacturers of Taiwan Electrical and Electronics industries have successfully implemented and build up the HSPM ssytem and non-hazardous sustance material supplier chain. Up to now, IECQ has issued 500 IECQ HSPM certificates to Taiwan manufactrers and has published more than 3000 HSPM certificates in the world.

Mr. Stanley Salot is a knowlegable person who has a strongly organizes ability, executive ability, and real practical experiences. CTECCB is delighted to work with him on the Hazardous Sustance Process Managment sytstem and has successfully built up the non-Hazardous Sustance product and material suppliers Chain for Taiwan industries.
